Exercise
Working out is one of my favorite things to do. I try to work in some kind of physical activity every day. I love the way being active makes me feel, and it has greatly improved my mood, focus, and sleep. Typically, I have focused more on lifting and playing sports such as basketball and ultimate frisbee, but more recently I have taken up running. This was mainly to support my wife in her first marathon. While I wasn't able to run the entire race with her, we ran the last 2/3 of the marathon together. While that was a great experience, I think I'll stick to lifting...
